Hot Pancakes

Stopped here again, still the same wonderful place. Thank you Sarah for taking care of us. Breakfast was great. Service was fantastic and we'll be back again. The Google price says 1-10 and you can truly get a great breakfast for under 10. Make your own breakfast is three items for 6.50 and a drink for 1.50. And I can't say enough about the staff. I witnessed an interaction with a customer that warmed my heart. Good food, good people. You MUST stop her for breakfast if you are in the area .

Great, traditional diner with amazingly adequate prices. They have very creative selection of pancakes. M&M, Reece’s pancakes, etc. Burger is 8 and comes with either french fries or a fruit cup.

Sarah & Vanessa are the best . Great food, timely & attentive service. Exceptional attention to detail: I'm a regular attendee right after our 6am men's group meeting at church, every Fri. morning and they know our names & our order by memory. I've got a feeling, I'm not in New York anymore! 10 !!!

Absolutely the best diner around! Delicious and fresh food for an affordable price. Service was fast, friendly and on point. It was our 1st time here, but certainly not the last. We were welcomed by a customer who held the door open for us as we entered and he said, "Welcome family, good morning" That's what it feels like here. Family.

Great place for breakfast. It isn’t a luxury experience per se but for me the appeal is in the simplicity. The staff is friendly but not overbearing. They genuinely seem like warm, friendly people and the hospitality doesn’t seem forced. Everything is a well packed in “clutter of efficiency”. The folk style mural (painting) of Dallas gives the restaurant a lot of vibe. It’s a small town American Diner that lives in the city. The biscuits are the closest I’ve had to true southern style biscuits since I left my hometown. At checkout I was glad to see that the credit card screen did not push me to tip. There were 2 options “No Tip” and “Custom Tip”. That is beautifully unusual at a full service restaurant in a time when even the worst fast food places push for 20% tips and make you carry your own food to the table. My only complaint was ... Small diner in a building shared with a gas station. Parking can be limited at times. Menu contains a lot of breakfast options and other sandwiches and burgers. The staff is very very friendly and caring. Top notch. Biscuit plate and Denver omelet were excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Very Highly recommend.

Very cute little spot! We came on a Tuesday morning after a doctor's appointment and sat at a table immediately, the server came right over to get our drinks/food orders and the food also came out super quick, hot, and delicious. While we were here at least two regulars came in and the servers knew exactly who they were and what they wanted which is always a good sign. Definitely recommend! We will be back!

Great food, great service, and even great prices!! We got the HOT PANCAKES PLATTER (HPP) WITH 2 PANCAKES 10.95 and the CHILI & CHEESE Omelet for 10.95. Everything was so good but especially the omelet!! The waitress was super nice and great at her job. There was a designated coffee guy who kept coming around and topping our coffee off and it was great. They even had sugar free syrup. Oh and did I mention the food came out blazing fast and piping hot??? I literally wanted to go back the very next day!! Plenty of parking and located right next to a gas station if you wanna fill up on some gas.
